Salon Policies

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge for the treatment booked.

Are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Whilst we love children, spa treatments are calm and peaceful and the salon floor has hot and sharp tools along with chemicals (IE:- Hair colour and nail acrylic) so we ask for full parent control over children. We do keep a small box of toys to entertain if you ask at reception.

We require by law that every client having hair colour or eyelash tinting, HD brows, or any other colouring service has a patch test 48 hours prior to appointment. This is quick and simple and only takes a few seconds.

Please avoid using sun beds or exposing yourself to the sun 24 hours before and after your treatment. Don’t use makeup or fragrance/lotions for 24 hours afterwards either.

It is vital that you advise the therapist of any medical conditions that you have. Some treatments may not be suitable and our professional team or therapist can talk things over with you and decide which is the best treatment for you to have. On rare occasions you may not be able to have a treatment done. Please advise of the following conditions:
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
- Diabetes
- Metal Pins/Plates
- Cancer
- Skin Disorders
- High/Low Blood Pressure

Students receive 10% off any service or treatment. ID must be shown to receive offer.

Card payments can be taken over the phone.
Any card payments under £10.00 will incur a handling charge.
